CN (or the Canadian National Railway Company) is the largest railway in Canada. Headquartered in Montreal, their 24,000 employees serve both Canada and Mid-western and southern US.
CN’s large IT department consisted of 2200 employees and subcontractors. Most of the external relationships were staff augmentation based and there was a lack of professional managed services.
