S-Square was pivotal in the definition and negotiation of a major strategic IT outsourcing contract for all towers of IT at Agfa (single vendor outsourcing). This contract included all the disciplines of IT, infrastructure as well as applications. Next to the MSA, the schedules for each IT discipline were negotiated and documented in detail in a very ambitious time frame.
Post contract signing S-Square helped Agfa as the Transition lead from the Agfa side for the Applications scope enabling transition of 100 key applications successfully. S-Square laid down transition guardrails, defined and followed through the acceptance criteria, drove the process of harmonizing application inventory into ServiceNow CMDB, etc.
